Those are bitchin' ringtones. Why change perfection?

It's the victory theme from 7. It's the only one I could find at the time, even though I've never played that particular game (blasphemy, I know )

I wanna change it because I've heard it for 5 years now; I'm getting sick of it. It's also really loud, even on the quietest setting. I can't decide whether I should keep the 1up Mushroom or replace it with the 1up or Extra Continue jingle from Sonic 2/3.

Oh Christ. That would scare the living shit out of me. I used to have the air raid siren sound effect from SH1 and 2 as my wake-up alarm ringtone, and it sure got me out of bed in the morning until I got used to it.

I understand, although usually the people around me are the ones perturbed by the eerieness of the song. I don't know why but I have an affection toward these kind of music.

Right now, I'm deliberating to change the ringtone into something more unsettling...

I greatly prefer SH2's soundtrack to SH1's, by the by. I'm not a fan of the industrial noise that comprised much of SH1's soundtrack. It didn't add much to the atmosphere. SH2's melodic, musical sound added so much more emotion. The scene where Angela is on the flaming staircase still resonates in my soul, purely because of the soundtrack.

Well, we're completely opposite then. Somehow I like the eerie, disturbing sensation when I listen to music (or noise?) like SH1. SH2 is good but too 'tame' fore me. I like Promise (Reprise) though.

Well, that depends. Each of my friends have their own personalized ring tone, which changes from time to time based on my mood. My standard ring tone, which only goes off in the event of unknown numbers is the chorus to this song:
