This entire week has had above average temperatures during the day. We have seen weather similar to the end of April, start of May. Today, we are expecting sunshine and temperatures as high as 60 degrees F.

Not for weeks. It's been in the 60's to 70'sF (15-20C) for a couple weeks now. Toronto and Cleveland are so close yet so far away.
