People here were skating up and down the sidewalks yesterday. Six guys started an impromptu hockey game on a very narrow rink. It wasn't hard to score.

Ice storm [winter storm watch] for here Saturday night to Sunday night - eek!

The weather here in East Tennessee is bipolar. Last week we went several days without getting above freezing and snow on the ground, anywhere from an inch to 8+ depending how high up in the mountains you travel.
Today, the temperatures are in the 60s F for highs and 50s F for lows. Rain has washed all the snow away. I understand it's suppose to be warm most of the week.

^ Fingers crossed that the ice doesn't take out your power. Some people in Quebec were without power for weeks. The United States was kind enough to send up electrical workers to help put things back together again.
