The first part brought back memories of the year I was in Miami and the hurricane didn't quite hit, the difference being that the wind was like that everywhere across the county. When I had to cross the city it was actually safer to take the back streets lined with lots of trees because things flying in the wind would more likely hit the trees that my car!

It was cold and windy today (29F) and there was an inch of snow on the ground from it snowing last night. Don't know what it is now, tonight.
 
When I was headed for my doctor appointment it was partly cloudy, with bright sunshine.

After I got to my truck just as it started to rain. I was buckling up when I noticed the rain was mixed with sleet. A minute later it was mostly sleet with a little rain. Then the rain part mostly quit and there was hail with the sleet (interesting, because the processes that form them are rather mutually exclusive, so plainly they were coming from two different cloud layers). On the way home it shifted to hail with snow (really unusual!), then to snow. But as I pulled up outside the house it changed to totally hail, quarter-inch size. It was really hammering down so I waited for a break and dashed to the porch.

Now there's an occasional random snowflake drifting down.

This is weird since just a few days ago I was out planting trees and switched to shorts and a sleeveless tee it was so warm!

Gotta love spring.
 
It's way better today than yesterday. It is already sunny and approaching 50 F today and yesterday it was only in the low 40's and snowing.
 
It's around 56 degrees and a chilly breeze. I love it. :)

It's nice actually having a Spring season for a while rather than going from Winter to Summer overnight.
 
It was 85 Saturday and Sunday. Yesterday was 35 with some areas getting snow!
