What's Your Weather Like?

I had a Great Aunt Annie with a nose so huge as kids myself and my brother talked about putting quarters in her nose and riding her around. :lol:

We were actually very fond of her.

Anyhoo....It's cloudy and dismal and blah outside. Aunt Annie called it suicide weather. She lived to 100 and always wore a rain bonnet and galoshes.

What we’re all wanting to know, was she fond of cabbage?

It’s about 15 degrees above average this week. Sunny in the mid 80s. We went from March to July in the span of a week.
 
It was cloudy but dry until Bammer wanted out earlier -- the moment he got off the porch the rain began!

It's not coming down hard, but it is steady enough we could get an inch overnight.

Just drove home in one of the worst downpours I’ve ever seen. My street is completely flooded.

West Palm Beach, Florida USA Heavy Rain Fog/Mist and Breezy Temperature 75 degrees F 24 degrees C, wind SE 22 gusting to 30 Mph.

Tropical Storm warning. Right now Potential Tropical Storm 1 is in the eastern Gulf of Mexico, and will cross the Florida peninsula today. Top sustained winds are 40 mph. They usually name the system once it reaches that strength, but I guess it hasn't quite reached some technical definition yet. Not that it makes much practical difference.

It has been raining constantly since yesterday morning. The weather right now is probably close to tropical storm conditions. Heavy rains have been falling for the last hour or two, and winds have probably been gusting up to 40 mph. The swales in front of my house have filled up, and the rainwater is starting to cover the street.

Needless to say, it's going to be a stay at home day, playing on the computer, JUBBING, maybe reading, and trying to find other ways to keep myself amused.
