Saturday and today were a wakeup temp of around 50 degrees. Daytime highs of only 70-75 with incredible breezes. Very low humidity. Two perfect days from my perspective.

but we got a warning from the National Weather Service that an early heat wave is on the way; temperatures are expected to rise five or more degrees a day until Sunday or Monday

It's been hot and sunny, reaching about 38C. It's now dusk and down to about 30C. Tomorrow is forecast to be similar, and then it will mercifully be cooler.
