It's a question. The question is: If I buy you dinner and take you to the movies, will I do you tonight?

it means he just might be a gentleman that wants you to enjoy yourself!
 
Means he wants your kidney. Don't eat the food: he might harvest it after drugging you. I dunno about the movie though. If he's bringing you to watch Burlesque, I say just give up your organs on the spot and cancel the movie date right there. It will be less traumatic.
 
It depends on whether it's fast food or a nice sit down place like Applebee's?

Also, is the movie matinee or evening? 3D?

If he takes you to an Applebee's, Chili's, Olive Garden or any other nice restaurant and a 3D movie, he's putting out some serious cash and is probably expecting a little something in return. Popcorn, jujubes, etc., would be sealing the deal. He'd probably consider you a tease if you don't put out after that.

McDonald's and a matinee? I wouldn't put out, and he's pushing it if he thinks that obligates you.

To ME, it means he's unimaginative and uncreative. I mean, take it for what it's worth, but can somebody PLEASE think a little outside the box and do something original for once?! Let's go to the zoo, or surfing, or jet skiing, or play some basketball, or to a street fair, or SOMEthing! If a dude is expecting a screw after paying for a lame $30 evening, it's time to find a new dude. And if he IS getting screwed after dinner and a movie, some of us should put our foot down a make it a LITTLE harder to get in our pants!

It could be he felt like buying you dinner and taking you to a movie - perhaps you could over analyse it for the next 3 months.
