when my tits starting hanging down on my belly!!

it's a state of mind...In North America people act really old early on.

"I don't feel old, yet I know I'm not young."

Do you agree with this statement?

i agree with this. inside i feel the same way i did when i was 20.

outwards, i'm told i look like i'm 25. but i know i'm not lol...

but to be honest, there are serious benefits to getting a bit older. wisdom, experience, money, influence, gratification from career accomplishments, etc.

being young, the only really huge benefit is it's easier to stay in rockin' shape. other than that, i don't understand the obsession with youth in our culture.

I am 44 going into 45 and I am younger that all my co-workers that are in their 20's. Younger people nowadays are always grumpy and preoccupied with I am not sure what.

I am in good shape and have a incredible zest for life and all that it brings.

When it started taking longer to rest than it did to get tired.

When cops started calling me "sir." Also when subs started calling me "Sir," but that's different.

When I looked at a list of the bands someone liked and realized a) I hadn't heard of any of them and b) I didn't even know there WERE that many bands.

When I realized I've been a vegetarian/out of college/living where I moved after college longer than some of my friends have been alive.

Oh, and when I needed a new hip. THAT just sparkles with Essense of Youth, doesn't it?

I'm told I'm much older than I really am.

Whoever told you that was crazy. How could you possibly be older than you are?

(I know. Just riffing on the juicy little syntactic ambiguity there. Move along.)

I've never been sure I have ever been really young, but I think at around 24 I assumed I couldn't consider myself young anymore
I think I've been officially, publicly in my forties ever since I was 24-26

I don't feel old at all. I'm in the best shape of my life, feel strong, youthful, energetic and healthy. I'm 30-something but feel 25. I run into old school mates once in a while and it's amazing how people just let themselves go. I know with busy lives and kids and stress, things happen but I guess I'm a bit selfish because I usually put taking care of myself at the top of my priority list. I refuse to grow old even though my age continues to increase. I love to do fun youthful things. I ride rollercoasters, play tennis, work out, run, swim and a lot of other "playful" things. One thing I love to do that is quite youthful is when I'm at the grocery store pushing a shopping cart, I will get it going pretty fast and jump on the back of it and ride it down an aisle or out in the parking lot to my car. I just think young and I honestly believe it keeps me young physically and mentally. I refuse to become an old fart.

Also: when I realized that I don't have any more patience than I had 20 years ago, but now a year goes by like a month did then...which makes me seem incredibly patient to the young bucks.

Whippersnappers. They should get offa my lawn.

I'm convinced that with most Guys, our "inner image" stays at what we were like around 25, or so. (Unless we do something stupid like look in a mirror, or skip a few stairs!)

I realized I was getting older when I began tweezing hairs off of my ears! #-o

Keep smilin'!!(*8*)

when you don't know what the new fads are until they are shoved down ur throat...

i still remember when i was like... wtf is an emo... wtf is the jonas brothers... who is hillary duff.... who the fuck is hannah monatana and why has she devoured hillary duff!

I have always looked much younger than my age and have had younger friends all my life. I still feel twenty something. In my early 60's it hit me. I am old. But still feel and act young. (!)
