I can't eat squash...ewwww....too sour and squooshy. I have never been able to get used to the texture or flavor of them.

Well, acorn squash is very good if you cut it in half, clean it out, put a pad of butter in it and bake it for an hour or so. Its still squooshy but not sour.

I think Chris is scheduled to have a squash thread the second week of June. Let me know if you want it earlier. I may be able to juggle his schedule for you.
