When is fast -- TOO FAST???

As I said speed doesn't kill it is stupid drivers that do. Germany has the some of the lowest fatality rates and they have no speed limit on the autobahn. Of course their roads are built for speed and they spend a small fortune keeping them in perfect condition. If there is a pot hole then end up taking the entire section of highway out.
 
As long as the type of road and area can handle the speed, I don't see anything wrong with it. For example, there is a very long stretch of road (about 50 miles long, and it's not a highway) that I take whenever I go to the beach and the speed limit is 70 but everyone goes around 95 because it's 2 lanes, there's forest on both sides, people are always considerate and leave like 3 car lengths between the cars (I guess locals are the only people who use the road, it's pretty back-alley) and the only place it goes to is the beach. If this road meets similar circumstances I see nothing wrong with that.
