I heard that working out in the morning is a bad idea (a lot of heart attacks found in research) because your metabolism is highest when you wake up. Working out increases your metabolism, so doing so when your metabolism is already high supposedly would not be the best. I heard the evening around 5-6 is the best since it's not too close to sleep time, and it also allows you to burn off calories that you've consumed throughout the day, as your metabolism has gradually decreased. Any thoughts?

For some of you, I asked when the healthiest time to work out is NOT IF or WHEN you work out.
