The SMS, standard or standing measuring method, is to stand against a table with the guy's ball sack hanging down the side and the cock placed on the table surface. Mark on the table where the penis ends and then measure back to the table edge. If everyone used the SMS there would not be a need for confusion. My problem is finding tables big enough.
