When people bump old threads...

and thats the truth...amazing how we don't notice our mind changes and attitude adjustments until moments like that isn't it?

Just as long as this doesn't make somebody feel like going back a few hundred pages, and bumping all its threads that were last posted in October 2006 or something.

Y'know, sort of like the brat who pushes all of the floor buttons in a skyscraper elevator...
 
When I read old comments of me I sometimes don't know if I was being sarcastic/ironic/joking or serious.
 
hmmmm, button pushing is one of my favorite pastimes, right up there with doorbells after midnight turning on sprinklers at night for people.
 
i hardly ever read anything thats not on page one. i'm always amazed when i see things bumped from years ago and then all of a sudden there is one new comment. weird.

Well you see, what you do is as the car's about to hit the first floor during the busy time (morning/evening rush), you hit all the buttons right before it gets to the ground floor and the doors open. You step out and walk away, and as the throngs step in and turn around, you hear the collective groans and grumbling. :twisted:
 
I have a weird memory. When I see an old thread pop up, I'll go back and read it...and upon reading my posts, I'll remember PRECISELY what my thought process was.

every time i see one of my really old posts i think to myself "what drivel!"

and then i'm reminded that everything i've ever posted here is tantamount to drivel. ;)

I'm almost never surprised by my old posts.

But I do see how my opinions (especially on being out and proud) have changed over time.

not true GL, many/most of your posts are entertaining, helpful or even thought provoking. seldom vicious or bitchy or unkind that i have noted. the closest you come to drivel is when you slip into that self deprecation mode which thankfully isn't often...|
