I puke at least once a month. I've always had a messed up stomach...whenever I get hungry I feel like throwing up...and I often do throw up if I don't eat soon enough..

I can't remember because it was probably several decades ago, and that wasn't an option in the poll.

Same here, but the poll lacked another option as well: NEVER in my memory. I'm thinking I last puked about 35 to 38 years ago, though I've been "close" couple times when drinking too much (which I very rarely do).

I considered that close enough for the "can't remember" option, so I voted.

I qualify the "NEVER" with one's memory, because I believe that ALL infants puke at least occasionally, but somebody who never puked after infancy won't remember.
