If you watch court shows like People's Court or Judge Judy, you would be surprised how often 'evidence' is posted to them and used in court. Texts and Emails as well. Photos or confessions have nailed litigants and either won or lost cases. As Judge Milian is prone to say: "Say it, forget it. Write it, regret it."
