When your phones rings alot robo calls

Do you get lots of phone calls and if you do are they robo calls? What about you?

I have a home phone with my cable bundle and sometimes my home phone rings alot but it's usually spam calls if I don't know the name of who's calling I don't answer

Yes, we get a lot of robo spam calls on our home phone. It usually doesn't identify the caller on our caller id.

I gave up a home (cable) phone. I just have a mobile (cell) phone.
Spam calls are really easy to block/filter so I seldom get bothered

On the landline we had we received a lot of them to the point of if you had to make a call you couldn't. Annoying as hell.Now we only have mobile and they are rare.

I still get some calls on my old home phone number (VOIP) but not as many as I used to.

My cell phone I have set so that if the number is not in my contacts list it sends it straight to voice mail and does not ring.

The ones on the land business line seem to have slowed down and currently we only get one repeat call from the 'Accounts Department' on our cell at home warning us of two charges that have been made to ???????????????

I seem to get fewer than ever unsolicited calls on my landline. Mostly they're from men with strong Indian accents rather than anything automated.
