Get the empty card-board roll from a roll of paper-towels.
Unroll a condom and lower it down into the card-board roller and fold the open end of the condom over the edge of the roller. Fill with water and place upright in the freezer until frozen solid. Lube it up, bend over, and stick it in!

NOTE: You need the card-board roller or something similar to help the condom keep it's shape. If you didn't use anything and just filled the condom it would balloon out and be too wide to insert.
