OK -- I've got another "Where Am I" video...

The game works with me answering YES or NO questions until you guess the State -- and THEN until you guess the town...

THIS ONE is either going to be REALLY HARD -- or VERY EASY (IF you've been there ) -- and I give a HUGE HINT in the video...

AS ALWAYS -- IF you are the WINNER...

You WIN CONGRATULATIONS AND PRAISE -- AND ADMIRATION from ALL OF US on JUB!!!

:):):)

Ok so not a comment, but after reading Kenny's thread:

Is it safe for you to be filming while driving?

I do enjoy the videos, but not at the risk of you getting hurt.

It may be the largest annual party in the world.

A quarter million (or more!) bikers hugely increase the population of that little town early in August. I've never managed to be there at the height of it, but I'd love to. In 2004 I was there midweek just as people started pouring in. I spent the entire day walking around town, starting about 9 in the morning. It was interesting watching Sturgis entirely metamorphosize before my eyes. Even places like lawyer offices rented out parts of their space to people selling belt buckles, jerky, etc. I'd walk by a huge empty parking lot at a big-box store at 10AM, and when I walked by again four hours later it's entirely filled with tents. Portable toilets sprang up like mushrooms after a spring rain. I estimate there were about 500 bikers there first thing that morning, but about 10,000 by the time I left early that evening.

In spite of the massive numbers of people - and, no less, a group of people who many perceive as being prone to rough and violent behavior, violence or property damage is rare at these. People are there to have a good time. (I wonder if Jasun has ever been there...)

When I left (heading toward a friend's place at the SD/ND/MN tristate on the Minnesota side), the entire 550 miles I was rarely out of sight of motorcycles heading west or southwest, often in small caravans.

Funny, I thought of South Dakota or New Mexico right away, then I realized that I'd seen that sort of view a few times in the past when out there (I know somebody in very-nearby Piedmont).

What a GREAT POST Frank!!!

As MOST of you know -- I deliver motorcycles for a LIVING...

I will ADD to Frank's post by saying that the shops up there near Sturgis are among the FRIENDLIEST EASIEST places I go...

Its AMAZING at how big some of the cycle shops are -- relative to the sparse population...

:):):)
