I think that was me. I lived in NJ & stayed in NYC on the W/E. In the mid or late 80s, I saw him crossing 7th Ave @ Christopher. Looked the same as his pictures of that era

Nope. Here's an article on the REAL John Summers (Not his real name). "Danny" would have been born the 50s or 60s, too young.
