I have jeans with an eight inch rise. They're pretty low. From Energie. Any European company sells low-rise jeans. I heard Levi's had Offenders that were really low as well.
 
Cool, are they loose or tight? Since I'm thin-fit I prefer tight jeans - not like super tight but u know, tight jeans. lol.
