Where can I go to get a professional cartoon-type face photo based on a real photo made?

I have seen people purchase software to create professional cartoon-type photos of their face/head shot, so they can use it online as a playful & fun photo. Since I’m not computer savvy enough, I would like to find AND pay a skilled computer person to create a cartoon-type face couples photo of my husband and I. Yet I have no idea of where to find such a person. I’m sure that the wording for what I am asking for is not correct, so I apologize for that.

A friend said I should go to one of those gig worker websites (i.e. Fivver) and get someone there to do it, but I have never used a gig worker website before, but I would feel better getting a good recommendation (before signing-up for such a service), and also have my wording correct before trying to hire someone. I have attached an example of a cartoon-type face photo, that I'm looking to have created based on my husband's and I couple photo.

Any suggestions?
