I really want one, and have been trying pretty hard for the last month or so. I live in New York City, and the Nintendo Store gets them every Sunday but you have to get there and wait for 5 hours at 5 AM to get one. Does anyone know if there is a way to get one on store shelves, like if I went around opening time, or when stores get them in stock? I guess I'm just reaching here, but I've been getting bored at home and really want something to do, like playing the wii!!! Thaaanks betches
 
Try Game Stop. They're pretty good with getting them regularly. They only get 5 at a time, but they may have a good amount in stock since the holiday season is over.
 
I like how under my name it says "On the prowl" Does that mean for the wii? that's so funny because I am so on the prowl for the nintendo wii wow.
 
I have a new Wii, unopened and un-sed from the X-mas season..I bought it on a lark, just to get it..and its just sitting here lol
 
You have to go daily to the stores that carry them. As much as I hate Wal-Mart, our local one is good at being fair about selling them when they come in. They will not tell you on the phone if they have them in, they will not save one for you, you have to come in and ask and if they have one it is yours.

One person I work with went in one day and found they had gotten in ten. She bought one and then called us at work and four people went in and each got one. The boss even let them go on company time as she was the first one in line out the door.
 
I heard a rumour that Nintendo is increasing more wii when Super Smash Bros comes out. Apparently it's going to be a package deal of some sorts.

All i know is something is going down cause PS 3 has been reduced to just two systems now....60 gigs and the 80 gigs (with the 80 gigs going to be no longer available by the end of summer)

The xbox 360 have discontinued the arcade package, the 20 gig package, the elite package and the Halo 3 special Edition package. Curious as to see what there new system will have...since Toshiba has official ended the HD DVD program.
 
I have two unsealed ones.... have tried to get rid of them as well on eBay... no takers. Ugh.
 
ahh are you overpricing them? Because a lot of people (like me) aren't willing to pay extra for them, despite wanting them more than anything else in the world. haha
 
I'd sell it for reg price, I have no interest in screwing people over for a few lousy bucks.
 
That reminds me, I still haven't replaced mine since it broke a few months ago. I'll never trust movers to handle my electronics ever again. :mad:

But speaking of finding and buying a Wii; if anyone has one to sell and doesn't mind shipping it to Europe, just let me know. :D
 
I'm searching for a wii badly too. It's over a year and they're still impossible to get.
The only thing is, gamestop lets you "reserve one" or put your name on the list and they call you when they come in, but it's in order and the list is huge in my area.
 
I got the wii today at Target. There were tons there when it opened! It's amazing, I got Mario galaxy with it too and it's a blast (pun intended) well now I need some major sleep after getting up so early just to get the wii
 
We got one in December, and it's still sitting in the box. Why? Pubert can't decide if he wants to sell it or use it or what. So it's just sitting there, collecting dust. I'd offer to sell it to you, but...

...oh, and you don't need one now. :) Which means he'll probably decide to sell it now.

Nowinstock.net tracks popular websites for bundles and plain consoles, and sends you notification via email and/or text messages when a site has it up for sale, by providing you the link to it. It's updated like every minute, so it's pretty accurate. I haven't been able to take advantage of it, since when a site has them in stock, I'm broke >_>, but now I'm done paying for my classes, I should be able to get one hopefully.
