  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

Where do you buy your clothes?

Off the top of my head:

Target
T-shirt stores and websites
The Colorado Mammoth shop
Sports Authority
...and that place I get my suits and nice clothes. Don't remember the name.

Several different places from Norstrom, Macy's, Carson's thrift stores and occasionally mall stores like Urban Outfitters or Express. I always look for a bargain so TJ Max and, Nordstrom Rack and Marshalls are also some of my shopping haunts.

wherever. i'm not a clothes horse. if i see something i buy it. i don't care where it comes from. i only really spend money on jackets and jeans. i'm not a suit guy. my look is pretty much a nice pair of jeans, a white button down shirt and a jacket or sportcoat of some kind. weekends are the same except it's a tshirt and jeans lol

all over. resale shops like Buffalo Exhange and Taxi Taxi. Urban Outfitters, Pacsun. Shoes from Journey's sometimes. Macy's here and there. Target. T-shirt website like threadless.com, karmaloop is nice but expensive. I want to get a shirt or two from Johnny Cupcake.

Surf shops and local department stores, depending on what it is. The names will mean nothing to you, although the brands are probably mostly familiar.

I'm also very good at factory shops; I think these might be called "outlet stores" by you foreigners.

^wow, I checked out asos, and i think I am in love. they have beautiful clothes...that are actually CHEAP!!! damn, i don't have the cash flow for the type of money i want to spend on that site.

I like Simons choice of clothing and Fluevog has great shoes. They also have websites. Mostly just wander around the local mall and see what's there. Department stores will do. The Bay, depending on the location.

I have all the clothes I need so I haven't been shopping in a while but when I do go clothing shopping I go to:

Gap
Banana Republic
J-Crew (haven't been in a while)

And Nodstrom's or Brooks Brothers for suits.

I mostly shop at Banana Republic, J. Crew, Macy's, Levi's and resale shops.

These days mostly Kmart and King Size. Shoes from B.A. Mason.

Old Navy

Banana Republic

Gap

JCPenney

I also love going to the Outlet Malls. I find lots of good deals and the name brand stores there.

J C Penney

Gap

Jos A. Bank when they have super sales on sport coats and suits

Gap
H&M
Urban Outfitters
American Apparel
RW&Co.
Aldo
FCUK
Bluenotes
Guess
Vintage shops
Any gallery/store that sells merch.

But then it's been half a year since I've fully gone shopping.

Mostly Urban Outfitters. It's really difficult to find clothes that fit me (I guess you could call me "petite") and I don't like getting my clothes altered frequently, so when I find something that actually fits, I get really excited.

And American Apparel, which is actually good at offering every size since their clothes is more or less unisex.

I find it counter-intuitive though -- when jeans and pants are organized on a high shelf, usually the smallest/shortest sizes are placed on the very top, and the taller/bigger sizes at the bottom. Someone should rethink that.

Goodwill, St. Vincent's, Salvation Army. Love it when I find new stuff that's been discontinued at the Goodwill.

Not afraid of shirts, underwear and socks from Wally World.

When I'm looking for something in particular, it used to be JCPenney or Kohls (I no longer deal with Sears/Kameapart or Dillards).

I can't afford Bloomie's, Saks or Nordstrom.

I must admit, though, this may all be changing to Macy's
