Okay, this is one of those questions that really freaks me out. But I am determined to find the answer now. I've had enough wondering.

Okay, so, we all know that there are some pretty fucking huge cocks and dildos and the such out there. I've seen some pretty crazy shit on Xtube where guys have used crazy long dildos.
Now, the rectum is typically less than 5 inches long, and then it takes a very sharp turn to the left.

I think you problem lies in assuming colon being made out of rigid material which I think is not. It's made of tissue. So probably it is stretchy. When you shove your ass with ass long Dildo and reached at sharp turn, that end would extend. I think it would resemble to having hardon in your undies. I mean when u have hard-on, your undies stretch itself to some extent.

Sometimes it doesn't make that turn. I work in a hospital and over the years we've had a number of guys come in the ER with varying stories about it going in too far. At least 2 perforated their colon with it. Both ended up with a colostomy bag. One got a very bad infection and did not survive after several weeks.

I have totally seen that video before!! And it was so CONFUSING!! How does that even work? Sure the colon is flexible, but it can't just go into your abdomen, where your small intestine would be. There are fibrous layers that keep all that stuff together (I forget what they are called right now... It's been a while since I've taken A&P). It seems like it could not just stretch over into that part of the body... but maybe I am wrong. IDK.
 
So does that mean that hard deep fucking is not good? Just wondering.

Remember that the GI tract is just a long tube from the mouth to the anus. In the abdomen you have the stomach, small intestine, and colon. They're all held in place loosely by the inner lining of the abdomen. With a big, long dick/dong in there, all the twists and turns of the colon can be straightened out.

That connective tissue is holding the intestines together. And yes, it is rather flexible and stretchy. But is it really that flexible and stretchy?? To rotate the sigmoid colon horizontally in line with the rectum? And maybe even some of the descending colon as well??

Also, that cannot be healthy!! What exactly happens to the small intestine when that happens?? Does it just get pushed elsewhere?

All in all this just does not seem very feasible or very safe.
