And the boy king returns.
I've been in hospital at deaths door, well deaths hallway really, i shall explain all in this threads and various other ones about the crackpots and angels i met there.
Thanks to the OP for starting this thread, and to Al and Rare and the rest of you for such kind words, i love you all.

Personally, I thought he was in jail all this time.

Not lost any of your charm I see.
That might be something to remind yourself (and anyone else in similar circumstances) in the future....I should have reached out to the kind souls on here who offered a friendly ear, stupid me...
sorry welcome back --glad you are ok--once or twice a year belamo amuses me.
Thank you all.
Depressions a bugger, especially when you don't realise you have it.
Of course it all springs from my mothers death just three months before the covid began.
I was too busy trying not to catch it and became a bit of a recluse.
I should have reached out to the kind souls on here who offered a friendly ear, stupid me.
Any how, i stop eating, everything had lost it's taste, even my beloved Indian curries.
Slowly i started getting more sluggish until finally I'd lost all energy, it would take me 30 minutes to garner up the energy to get out of a chair or my bed, then one morning i just couldn't move at all, my nut sac had blown up to the size of a grapefruit.
After hours on the phone to NHS24 i finally got them to send a doctor out to see me, he thankfully got an ambulance to take me into the A&E department, after hours of test i was put into the acute ward.
Anyhow turns out i had a huge chest infection, which took weeks to flush out, praise be the nutsac went down pretty quickly.
And then last week the day before i was to go home i took a funny turn in the toilet, loss of breath and dizziness lead to me falling on the floor, they'd taken too much fluid out of me, so another week in a bed from hell.
Haven't got the energy to write much more for now.
I'm so happy to be back.

Clarification: The eighty of course includes people at JUB meets and, in fact, that's the overwhelming portion, lol.it's probable I've met more JUB-bers in person than anybody else. I estimate that I've met about eighty JUB-bers at one time or another, including some while traveling, who never went to any of the Meets.
Best JUB news of the year! Thus is will probably continue to be so for the rest of the year. Man, such a harrowing description (a few posts later) about what you went through...like, your fatigued body was TRYING to tell you something. Next time something is "going wrong" that way, please don't just ignore it and chalk it entirely to depression or something. DON'T do this again. I mean it. You are really lucky even to be alive now, C. These internal body infections do not always lead to the person coming out on the other end as a survivor. Please rethink what may be a tendency to be reluctant to get "looked at" - you deserve a lot more decades on this planet. And the boy king returns.
