From sleeping on a friends floor to a cold water flat in New York (whatever they are) to sleeping on a park bench.

Where is the worst place you've ever lived ?

Anywhere in Mexico.

^ Isn't that funny. I loved living in Philly....although I was on Rittenhouse Square so it was pretty sweet.

Anywhere we lived with Mother. It always reeked of poverty. The rest of my family was merely poor.

Back in the day I lived in some rather nasty bedsits

A room in a small house in Kissimmee, Florida, back in 2007. I didn't have the internet. I had to go to the library to get wifi. I was more outgoing then anyway. Those were the days.

In a small town in northern Michigan, the town is not all bad... it was just a bad experience for me at the time.

I once lived in a terrible bedsit in an otherwise empty house.
The landlord decided to convert it into flats to sell.
I was served with an eviction notice but he was not prepare to wait for me to leave.
I woke up one morning to discover that he had removed the bathroom and toilet in order to force me out.

So far I have been lucky. The worst I can come up with is the barracks in basic training in the military and second, the dorm in college. There was a lack of privacy and in basic training I wasn't in control of my life, but otherwise they weren't too bad.

My house it needs work and we don't have a way to pay to do it.

I've always been lucky enough to live in nice places. I guess a student house I lived in during my university days was pretty grotty, but I was happy there and having fun at the time.

There was one semi detached house we once lived in. The neighbors were the problem. It was toilet wars every night. They flushed their toilet every five minutes! God knows how much water they used. Mum, in particular, was badly affected by it. We had to move - I suppose the neighbors won. All so sad.

If we consider the neighbours, this is definitely the worst place I've ever been. The flat is very nice but I hate the neighbours. Noisy and stupid.

I lived in a trailer park for awhile. I got out of there as quick as I could because I couldn't deal with all the trailer trash.
