I came across the show via a thread in Hot Topics. I thought it was a lot of fun. I must have, I watched them all one episode after the other and then ordered the DVD, mostly for the bonus Christmas episode. Hot Toddy's arse was a bonus. I'd let that man slam me from wall to wall lol.

I've tried watching multiple episodes but I don't get the value in it. I've never even quietly smirked at the jokes. It just seems like an excuse to see barely clothed dudes which isn't good enough considering it's on the internet to begin with.

I agree this show is hard to watch the only thing it has going for it is the hot men. The acting is on par with a middle school play. the only difference is that middle school plays are usually well written.

I would even venture to say that the hot men are few and far between. The white detective is the only one I find attractive.

Agreed. I find him hot too and the boyfriends ex that got pushed in the pool was hot too. They really need rewrite woods character it feels so corny to have some be that dumb. If he is a 12 year old the wished himself "big" then I would be more incline be believe the character. In terms of a smartly written and funny show about gay men I would recommend watching the outs. It is a bit more on the serious side however it is amazing. The actors just don't have the range needed to play these characters very well.

It's deliberately silly, not smart or deep. Season two seems to me to have been hastily put together. It looks like some of the actors either didn't rehearse much, or they just settled on mediocre acting for the final take in a few scenes. You just have to accept it for what the guys described it as - Golden Girls-type bitchy dialogue between the 3 main characters meets Murder She Wrote murder mystery plot meets the campy nelly gay bears with a few butch guys thrown in.
