Which condom is a little larger than a Trojan Magnum XL?

The magnum xl's ring is painfully tight on my shaft, and very difficult to slide on. I feel like I need just 1 size above it. Since this is Trojan's largest, which one should I try?

Thank you

Here is me in a magnum xl. rolling the ring over my head is so painful and difficult, then the ring suffocates my shaft. As you see in the picture, i can't even pull the condom down to remove the overlap in the middle because it's so tight on me.

thx..

I need to make a sticky thread on this topic.

A standard condom is about 2" at the head, 2" on the shaft and 2" on the base. The typical length is about 7.5-7.8 inches.

Many guys who are extraordinarily long (actually 8" from the pubic bone to the tip), find it weird that the condom doesn't "fit" the full length of the penis. It doesn't have to. Really, all that is needed is to seal the head of the penis and contain semen. The length on the shaft is really just extra insurance for leakage. The longer the shaft of the condom, the tighter the seal, the tighter the vacuum and the less likely the condom is to leak or slide off. The longest condom that I am aware of is the Durex XL- it's about 9.5 inches in length but it is not any wider than a normal condom.

Girth is another issue. Latex will stretch and a condom can be placed over a fist and I've need demonstrations where a condom was placed over a bald guy's head. Usually, applying lube to the penis, stretching the ring of the unrolled condom with 4 fingers while pulling it over the head and shaft then rolling the remainder of the condom down the shaft does the trick. If you have a thick shaft, don't try to just roll it from the head to the shaft- you have to stretch it before unrolling it.

It's a challenge for guys who are wide and don't get fully hard, though- it is difficult to roll a condom down a penis that is the type that is big put not rigid like smaller penises often are. For guys who have a big head, there are a couple of brands that have a tapered condom where the head is wider than the base. The Trojan Magnum XL is 2.7" at the head and 2.1" inches at the base. It is only about 8 inches long (not that much longer than a normal condom), so it's designed more for the girth issue than the length issue.

Here's the dimensions of some of the common US brands:

let's face facts. condoms come in two flavors: bad and worse. the first time i used one was shocking, like someone put numbing solution on my dick. they act like a compression stocking, forcing the blood out of your boner. a lot of times i have to pull out and jerk to get stiff again. makes for a real awkward fuck. also i can never cum in the damn things. fucking only to pull out and jerk-off sorta defeats the purpose of fucking.

I have the same issue and the best I've found is the Trojan XL's. They're tight and constricting but thats they are the largest I've found. If anyone finds something better I'd love to hear about them.

Steven.

In a public health class, one of my lecturers performed this trick to illustrate that the perception that condoms are "constricting" can usually be resolved by stretching the condom slightly before putting it on.

A lot of guys find the mild desensitization can be a mixed bag. One of the problems that some of the bareback porn companies have discovered is that the models often cum too quickly which ruins the money shot.

Excellent idea.

I added a while back to the All About Penises thread. I also just added a link into the thread that has safer sex resources.

http://learn.condomdepot.com/condom-size-chart/

If you look at this chart of various condom brands and styles, Durex XXL is the largest at 9.25 inches in length and 2.12 inches in diameter and 6.68 inches in base circumference. Trojan-Magnum XL is just slightly shorter in length. As was mentioned, long penises don't need to have entire shaft covered to be protected, it's the proper girth size that you'll need to find.

Guys, sex is virtually nonexistent for me anyways, but thanks for the advice. I have a very bad sensitivity problem. Adding a condom into the equation makes it even worse. I can't even feel oral sex. This all started after I quit taking an SSRI cold turkey 7 years ago and then everything went downhill from there.

My goodness, with a penis that big and beautiful it's a real shame that you no longer have an active sex life. Perhaps you should seek the advice of a medical professional regarding your lack of penile sensitivity, if you have not already done so, because 7 years down the line you shouldn't still be suffering from the side effects of a medication. By the way, in case you are still depressed, there are a number of antidepressants on the market that are not associated with sexual side effects, including, but not limited to, Bupropion, Mirtazapine, Tianeptine, Agomelatine and Moclobemide. Some of these may even reverse SSRI-induced sexual dysfunction, particularly Wellbutrin (Bupropion).

Your underlining issue might not even be SSRI related, especially if you haven't been on an SSRI for 7 years. Did you seek medical help for this?

I hate condemns, I wish we could just not have to worry about disease haha
