I think Eugene character is probably modeled after someone of spanish/ latin or hispanic descent - very exotic pretty brown hair and pretty green or brown eyes. I don't want to make this into another race thread like so many other always does here but since 3d characters nowadays are getting more and more realistic, people are bound to notice.
