Then, to be clear, THE Christ. Whether he was God or not, deluded or divine, desperate or detached, I'd like to spend a day with him as he was, to see for myself.

I don't think all that many really believe he never existed, but many believe his life was irreversibly reconstructed by generation after generation of theologians, charlatans, ecstatic dreamers, and others.

He was The Christ in hindsight, whether he donned the title or not, he became Christ by attribution. His life and what is ascribed to it has shaped two milennia of history since, so I'd like to meet him, regardless of my faith.
