Chiken is my all time fav but that's pretty much the only type of meat i eat lol
 
I prefer salmon, although I have made Algerian chicken that was very good. An Algerian chef is coming to my house on Thursday to check out my equipment for a video shoot for a new cooking show, in which I would be a guest. The shoot is scheduled for August 4, after which it will be put on podcast, and then possibly later as a local show.

I thik of barbeque and grilling as two very different thing. For grilling I like all of the above. For barbeque, the stuff with all the sauces and rubs, etc. DEFINITELY PORK! Most people here in Missouri like beef for barbeque. Old Kansas City hold over I suppose. In the south it is always pork. Beef is good but pork is better!
 
I voted for "other" because anything on the barbeque is better! I use my barbeque all year long, even out in the snow.
 
Shrimp, fish and chicken on the grill. On the barbeque, whole turkey, ribs, pork shoulder, beef or pork tenderloin, etc.
