Thanks for the clarification. I was just worried that someone I meet would falsely claim their health status. It's easy to put on a facade to please another person during the first meeting.
 
I generally give people the benefit of the doubt and don't engage in high risk behaviors until after we've both been tested.

I stick to oral and hand jobs on first meetings.
