heh this is a cute thread...however, I can't answer on a count of I don't really know anyone here yet. Oh well, I'll come back when I meet some people. : )

That's precisely what I was expecting, Jory. Despite me specifically asking you who you'd pick, you first said "I'd best not say", then, again, expressed annoyance/anger/bitterness at not being picked yourself.

That's the vibe I keep getting from you. "Nobody is interested in me." Possibly. But are you interested in anybody? Or anything? I've seen you around the boards, but the only thing I can say with any certainty about you is that 1. you don't have a boyfriend, and 2. you're miserable about it. That's not to say that you have to be ecstatic about being single - a lot of single guys are unhappy about that. But that's really pretty much EVERYTHING I know about you. And sorry - those two facts are insufficient to make me want to date anybody.

Swing back to the first or second page, where I list my potential dates and what I might do on them. I didn't treat this as a popularity thing. I didn't pick Elvin or RRRalph - I like them both enough, I guess. But the ones I listed are different. I didn't pick them because they're uber-hot, or extremely intelligent, or amazingly witty, or popular with the other JUBbers. I picked them because I like them. I've had exchanges with them here on JUB. I've gotten to know them, they piqued my interest, and I think it'd be fun to have a real-life date with them in some form. I should point out that I could probably add a few more to the list in just the several weeks that have passed since I first wrote that list.

It appears I got on a couple lists somehow. (And to those who put me on the list, thanks!) How? I'm average-looking at best, and I've got a friggin' gargoyle for a name and avvy. But I work at it. I chat in threads, meet people who look interesting, and see what develops. No, I wasn't looking to "get popular" - I'm not even sure I'd call myself "popular". For all I know, several JUBbers have me on ignore. But I don't even think about that. I just know I've met some neat folks, and have made some friends.

That not true there is alot of me out in here I could not have written over 11,000 threads about me being single yes I would like some one but I am slowly finding my self truth be told I have only been out 3 years don't get on the why didn't you get out earlier stump I am out now that all that counts at before then my life was TV and reading now I am either here or trying to improve how I interact with other people sometime good and some times bad.
