A If I absolutely had to I hate being cramped really neither of them are my style, but A is most definitely better than B!

Neither. I prefer a nice thatched cottage in the south of the English countryside.

So do I, but this thread is not about our favourite options: it's about an extreme choice

Ah, you are all so coward in front of an unpleasant reality... even a virtual one

Very picturesque and charming, but have you ever been in one of these houses? Low ceilings, doorways and dark, sometimes very much so. And can you imagine what's living in the thatched roof? There's a reason why these houses ceased to be built, and it isn't simply about changes in taste.

That's why Barton Cottage'd better not be thatched

Welcome to Europe.

Anyway, how do you think my teeth are feeling when I am watching an American show or film

Probably the same way they feel when you are beating off.

Why do you call it "patio", because it's in Spain? :rotflmao:

Because we have a patio and that's what we call it.

You have your patios hanging several floors above the ground. We call them "terraces".

Our patio is a paved outdoor area next to the house and it a large area. Part of it is covered and part is not. What you call a terrace is what we have outside of our bedroom on the third floor. We often call it a balcony but it's much bigger than a balcony. Either way, I like the terrace in the home you showed. Stop being so pedantic.
