I have a thing for triathlon... those poor athletes are so exhausted at the end of the day that you can have your way with with barely any resistance... (I am joking of course)

None of the three. I vote for airplane racing. Insane engine size, power, and speeds. What could be better?

I 'd say auto racing. I have been told that auto racing is a complete different level of driving. Well I have bad driving skills anyways so yeah.
