shows like friends and will and grace didn't get cancelled. they had their run. and they ended on a high note. they were not forced to quit. it is a difference.

I don't know if it was cancelled, but "The Bernie Mac Show" is the funniest show I've ever seen. I didn't watch it when it was on, but I've been watching the reruns on FX and it's Freakin' hilarious! It's really sad that a talent like that has passed away. RIP Bernie Mac!

Spyder Games!!!

Ooh, Spyder Games! I loved that show...I was in love with the guy who played Ivan (btw, I loved their names--Ivan, Natalia, Demetri, Sasha). I just remember the last episode, when he and the photographer made out. I think 9/11 occured shortly after, and afterward, MTV just didn't feel up to continuing the series.

i don't remember if i've commented on this thread, but since it popped up i'll comment just incase.

my top two cancelled shows were Tru Calling & Point Pleasant. Fuck FOX5!

and the people who mentioned Buffy & Charmed & Angel, those were my shows growing up! never missed a show. however, i don't think they were cancelled so much as they just...ended.

Buffy, if I remember correctly, almost had a season 8. I still have the magazine Sarah Michelle Gellar was on the cover of where she said they were considering it, but she decided it was over. Her and Joss Whedon apparently had a cry over it. I think Anthony Stewart Head, Nicholas Brendon, and Emma Cawfield (somehow...) had all signed on for the 8th season before Joss and Sarah decided it was over.

I was so sad when Instant Star was cancelled, especially since the crew had planned only one more season. It is the best show i ever have seen and wished it still was made. And Popular, that was a great show, and it was too bad that we didn't get to see Harrison choose Brooke. Av least we got to know that
