you can like whoever you want to like but that is not the issue. the problem is when you intimate things like an educated black man can't be masculine, or that somehow an education renders a black man unattractive. i'm not sure why a black man with a semblance of substance to his personality is a such a turn off for you, but that's your issue.

Most of the white guys I met in college weren't into black guys, but it seems like older white guys are into black guys. I guess 30s not old, but like no one 18-25 I've ever talked to has been into black guys. Also, it seems like the closer you get to a major city ( I know thats horrible) the more white guys who are open-minded appear. The guys that I've been with that were white were 29 and 30. So I don't know I guess it's the person too
 
Also In college some white dude laughed at me cause I was staring at him, and I guess I looked queeny because I had permed my hair at the time, and then on the way to the cafeteria he's with this really short dude that had a white sweater on with a freaking HEART on it, and the guy snickers at me, and i'm thinking "Wow wtf was that," So.. yeah...other black guys treat me alot better

When your mind is set against some values or ideas, it is, at the same time, informed by those ideas and their prejudices: if there ever was a prejudice against a certain group of people, people willing to stand for that group and against those prejudices will still share the fundamental taboo quality lying at the bottom of both those prejudices and the fight against it. In short, the bad guys set the conditions of the fight for the good guys. Whenever there is a fight, you are somehow polluted by the "wrong side", otherwise, there wouldn't be any conflict.
Of course, there may be "sleeping conflicts" waiting for the right time or trigger to surface, but just compare the racial issue with the language issue: is language, (what language?) an issue in America as it is in Catalonia-Spain, for example, or Canada-Québec?
 
I understand your point about someone being self serving and all that, and I do agree with what you said about self-promotion by the OP. It just bothers me that people seem to go off on some of these ethnic rants.

I'm not trying to defend anyone...we're all at fault here. If someone doesn't like the tone of someone's post, just let it gooo...That's about it...

That's exactly what it is with everybody, since everybody IS already convinced of something.
A discussion, as it generally IS, not how it is SUPPOSED to be, is not about arguments and trying to convince people: on the contrary it's perceived as showing, "proving" that one of two sides is ultimately MORALLY wrong. Convictions are ultimately moral, and if you try to convince a journalist, for example, that the credo he follows is wrong, he/she will feel that his conviction for standing for freedom and reasonability is being assaulted by an evil troll.
People have very unflexible convictions, that's why they won't understand that it is not necessary to throw away everything they believe, or to brand themselves as evil, but only to realize that there is something that we all are always missing that can change the reach and direction of what we considered to be fundamentally uncontestable.
That's why they need a huge flap and volteface from the real world, to lose their oremus, and THEN lose any possibilty of reasonable evolution and THEN become what they had feared they would become, had they been following the reasonable path that they had taken for an evil way.
