Who are more stuck up: American or English People?

No Poll? I know more stuck up Americans than I do stuck up English people.

I've been on both sides of "the pond" and find Americans by far to be more stuck up in general.
 
Well considering that the population in the USA is larger than the population in the U.K. and there are probably an equal percentage of stuck up people in both. I'm going to say: No Comment.

We only appear to be stuck up. Truth is, too many of us haven't learnt that we shouldn't lick metal things in Winter. Most of us are stuck up until Spring thaw.
 
Americans are not stuck up we are just better than those English teabaggers. (*@*)
 
I don't know about the rest of America, but in New York the gays seem to be very stuck-up. Are gays nicer everywhere else? Everyone here seems so superficial and snobish...

AMERICANS - they are often blindly patriotic. anything u say about america even if it;'s not really offense they blindly insult the question and sometimes use personal insults. That i cannot stand.
 
I live in the UK for about 4 years (in Scotland) and had a great time. The Scots were very friendly. Several years later I lived in London for about a year and the English were less friendly, but I had a lot of fun. But during my whole stay in the Uk it was the common guy, the bloke..who was alway friendly. My first night in London....a bloke took me to his flat, had his wicked way with me and fixed me beans and toast for breakfast in the morning. Americans don't have that friendly pub culture the UK does....In the US the .Midwest, West and South are pretty friendly....In NYC and West Hollywood (LA) the gay men seem stuck up...????
