Whenever i've been antagonized by someone, i've thought of them as going without justice for his/her entire life. What happens to people who, when complaints are made about them, they have so much influence, no one steps in to reprimand them, and all things get overlooked? Who are they afraid of, and if they ever get served justice, who brings it to them?

A lot of people seem to antagonize you, from waiting staff, to retail staff, to workers in strip-joints, to mention just a few. Have you ever stopped and considered that the problem may be your own perspective/interaction with them?
I would think, that if you had a legitimate complaint, about a legitimate company, then their customer services would try to help you.
Annoying someone, and bullying someone, really are two totally different scenarios.

If you are antagonized or bullied by someone, that means you are ALLOWING them to do so. You've heard the expression to "treat a bully like a bully". It works. Medic1 is right in saying that being annoyed and being bullied are two different things. Day to day life can be extremely annoying at times but it's just life doing what life does. You have to blow off most of it. If someone is deliberately attempting to bully you or antagonize you, you let them know you're not accepting their crap and move on. Eventually, those kinds of people always get their justice. Everything that goes around, comes around and they always get theirs in the end. You may not see it happen but rest assured that it will. Moreover, why should you care what happens to them. Don't get caught up in their karma.

I learned a long time ago that it is a waste of my energy to actively go after everyone who gets up my nose.
My peace of mind has come about by a complete belief in Karma. If someone does me wrong they will ALWAYS pay for it along the line. I see it time and time again
Likewise, people who do nice things for me seem to get payback as well
And one other thing. Regarding bullies. People only get bullied if they allow it to happen. Walk away every time

Yeah, things do tend to get personal around here, eh? People are so quick to judge when they remain anonymous. Anyway I am a huge fan of revenge. Be nice to me and I return in kind, but be an asshole to me and I'll get you back. Maybe not today, maybe not next week, but eventually I will, and if I see fit, I may even tell you why.

Stand up to them...it isn't hard. Bullies do what they do because enough people let them get away with it.
..of course...to the OP...I would also suggest picking your battles carefully. People who might be helping you see a little deeper into things or give you insight you need are probably not the bullies...I suspect you think they are.
