Hello all!
I have been in the LA area since 1990. I've lived in Inglewood, Playa del Rey, West LA and now Gardena.

I can't really imagine living anywhere else now.

You know i really like my spot that im in now. But i wanted to move to Manhattan beach or to west Hollywood. But i find it impossible to find a spot that ist so cluttered . I just hate apartments. And most of the houses are not for rent, just sale. Dose anybody have any ideas ?

this is starting to look like the beginning of a "JUB MEET" thread.

Who's up for one?

There is a BIG BIG difference between Manhattan Bch and Weho, as I'm sure you know. Let's just say MB is not exactly gay central.

I'm open to the idea....but Christmas time would be tough with all of the crazy work schedule/holiday parties/community events/charity events/political stuff & personal responsibilites going on.

I can see blue jay way from my pool... i live about a mile away right by rising glen and tanager. I also have a condo in hancock park that i rent out to a friend of mine. ive been on this side of los angeles for twenty years now and grew up in santa monica. bennett carr is the guy for homes in the hills (sunset plaza).
