To be completely serious, if you see Britney on a regular day without her makeup team and everything, she looks like 45 year old woman. That's not the case with Shakira.

Actually she often looks older when having her makeup team. She looked old in the first episodes of the X-factor and now she has much more youthful look.

I think it has more to do with her mental status. She often looks exhausted and stressed.

When I mentioned her sometimes looking 10 years older or younger between days it's not just because of makeup artists. You see this difference even when both photos are from casual daily life.

I saw that. She looks pretty, and her face and eyes are glowing like they did 10 years ago. I wish she looked like this more often. But her good looks are, sadly, not consistent.
