Who is feeling there age this winter?

On top of the other issues of the day I am developing Arthritis in my fingers and this frigging cold snap has given me nothing but pain for days. So even though I don't admit it and dye my hair etc. I am feeling my real age today.

I am. I've fallen on the ice and screwed up my back, I have had two sinus infections and the worst cold I have had in years. My hands and feet can't take the cold no matter how well I bundle up. And if I have to clean the drive of snow one more time I am going to scream.

41 and its the first year the cold has really got to me. I had a cold but it went away very quickly but for some reason the cold is just biting into me.

If you have trouble with arthritis and ciculation in your fingers - or other joints, try CAPZASIN HP Arthritis Pain Relief Cream. I understand one of the main active ingredients is hot pepper. Sure feels like it. Use it a bit sparingly at first. It works well for me. If the problem is fingers make sure you rub some into the wrists which is where the blood flow to the fingers begins. Also works well on knees. It says to wash hands after applying, but I don't because I find that makes it sting. Just rub it in well. Hope it helps.

All I have to do is strip off in front of the mirror and immediately I have unrefutable proof of my advanced age.

I am going to start trying to shave with my eyes shut and opening them again only once I am fully dressed.
