They are quite different, actually. Does not look Andalusian to me just because he is overly tanned. Actually, I only see a tanned man, I could not guess his origins. Well, he might be Mediterranean, but why Andalusian ?
 
Brazil is multi-racial.
You have to be good at reading the eyes to see if a person's Brazilian.
Or of course, cruise a lot of Brazilian 'sites.

Agreed. I live in Andalucía right now, and comparing him to those who are walking past my apartment building, I'd say he's a lot darker. If he was Andalúz, I'd put money on Cádiz, but only because it's so ridiculously hot there. But again, I don't think he's Andalúz.
