Mine is Lewis Black. I can listen to his stand-up over and over and over again and I still fall of my chair laughing.

I also adore, Ellen Degeneres, Margaret Cho, Wanda Sykes and Bill Engvall. It would be fun to invite them all for a dinner party. I'd film it and make a fortune. $_$

What about you guys?

Kathy Griffin
Margaret Cho
Ellen Degeneres
Wanda Sykes
Elvira Kurt
Janeane Garofalo

Kathy Griffin
Lynne Koplitz
Pablo Francisco
The Amazing Jonathan
Alfonso Bodden
Phyllis Diller

George Carlin by far.

I think I peed myself a little bit when I saw him live!

Hands down the greatest 2 that I ever saw are no longer with us:

Rodney Dangerfield (so many rapid fire one liners that you'd at least laugh your ass off one out of every 4 jokes). He followed the school of thought "if you throw enough shit to the wall, eventually someting will stick". No one will ever forget the words "NO RESPECT" I myself laughed at most of them. Listening to one of his comedy albums will always cheer me up.

and

Sam Kennison : You need look no further then his "cure for African hunger" bit to understand why this man was so great. I'm sure its readily available on the web for download so check it out.

As for current comedians.

1. Chris Rock
2. Lewis Black
3. Ron White
4. Wanda Sykes (except for her last special where she tried to be to political)
5. George Wallace (if your ever out in Vegas and get a chance to see his show, he's awsome live)

John Pinette--Check out his vid "I Say Nay Nay"--It's hilarious!

I got to see Margaret Cho live in October when she was here for the Vancouver Comedy Festival. Utterly hilarious. I also like Russel Peters.
