Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles show

ok i saw the second eppy and rewatched the first now i think it's good. i'm hooked. sarah did grow on me and so did little johnny. he's kinda annoying but loveable.

2nd episode showed that the plot has potential to go on for awhile. But, the chemistry between the main actors needs to be worked on. Still, I'll watch it because Thomas Dekker is hot :)

I watched it and liked it a lot. Yeah, 2nd episode was good, and I agree, it gives me hope that the show has legs. I like the casting, but doesn't the Sarah-John chemistry seem kind of odd sometimes. Kind of an Oedipus thing going on there? And that scene where all 3 of them show up naked in the middle of the road, with John standing naked right square beside his naked mom. Well, I thought it was strange and shows an uncomfortable part of the Sarah-John relationship.

Thomas Dekker is hot. And I do like the Summer Glau character. I think she plays that part well.

Yeah, I thought the Sarah-John thing was a little iffy, myself.

Ah man, I'm all over this shit, I am very impressed for the show- considering it's not a movie/ just a weekly program. I think Sarah could be a bit harder, but I think Lena will adapt after awhile. I would like to see John be more of a trouble maker though, he needs to be a little more badass than he's shown. If I were the actor, I wouldof hardened John a little more- he was raised by Sarah and assortments of ex-marines, low lives, and war artists throughout his whole childhood, right? I think he's been raised in a more survival-of-the-fittest/ animalistic atmosphere than we're seeing in the show, but it doesn't bother me too much. If given a couple more years, I'm sure we'll get to see him develop.

I liked the pilot a lot, the second episode wasn't as good IMO, but definatly had it's moments! The 3rd episode "The Turk" was really good, I liked seeing Sarah wrestle with morality and John's disgust for their ruthless way of life.

Cromartie is one scary ass villain! That artificial living skin was so scary- in an age of cloning- creating living tissue isn't too far-fetched to me! I love the horror elements of the show- reminds me a lot of the first movie, which I liked the most.

That's kind of funny because this actress (don't know her name) has Linda Hamilton's Sarah down pat. And Hamilton's Sarah was definitely tough.

I have to disagree. I think she's trying to channel Linda Hamilton, but in my opinion, not doing a good job. My hope is that they eventually try to reshape the role a little more towards a style she's more comfortable with.

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

i thin i've seen the first 2 episodes, but i forgot to watch it this week. it's on Fox's web site. you can get it to mostly full screen but there is a boarder around it.

i don't think she's doing a super job of acting like linda hamilton, but i don't need her to. i don't need characters to be the same actors or whatever from one movie to the next. it's make believe and i don't need it to be perfect. ;)

i'm not sure i like the new series, i'll have to wait and see.

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

Last Monday's episode, "Queen's Gambit" was the best episode so far to me. I loved it. I wasn't too surprised they killed Andy, but it was at a time where I thought he'd be safe...for at least a while. It was pretty good, I liked Brian Austin's character, the best role I've seen him in (never really followed his work.)

That terminator was such a badass, I liked that one more than Cromartie, to be honest. Though Garrett plays a really good robot too. It wouldof been cool if they reprogrammed him to be on their side cause he was a cool actor, and good lookin.

The action in the show is pretty good, I liked that street fight, it was pretty tite. I'm excited for Charles and Sarah next week, finally he might become a more integral part of the show than we've seen so far. Good episode, good episode.

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

It's only just started airing here but I like it so far. I like all the T movies and the TV series shows promise.

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

I liked the last episode. The Machine, the terminator walked out on the russian brother and sister. It is what a machine would do.

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

Not russian, armenian

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

I love the chola as well. I like the first episode when she was leaning on the car like a gangsta and Cameron joined her.

Re: Who saw the new Terminator: The Sarah Connor C

I like the series. It's a fresh take and since going back in time changes everything continuity really isn't an issue (i mean seriously if you can believe in monster machines why not changes to the story?)

I like Summer she was good as a ballerina on Angel (her first role) waiting in the wings

Is anyone still watching this? I think I am one of 10 people who still do (did?). Spoilers...

First, I have to rewind to last week. I can't believe Derek died. And especially the way it happened. I totally did not see it coming.

And I really enjoyed the season (series?) finale. I have a bad feeling that this was the last episode of the series. It seemed like enough of the story came to an end (John being transported to the future, Sarah possibly having cancer, Cameron, Derek, Charley, Riley, and Jesse gone), but there might be enough for a 3rd season. Like, what happened with Catherine Weaver and JohnHenry? But the ratings are so bad that I wouldn't be surprised if they canceled it.

Oh, and the return of Chola totally made my day!
