  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Who will be watching the royal wedding?

It's at 4:00am here! I'm not getting up to watch that. They'll replay it 5000 times on the news anyway.

I'll be at Disney World next Friday, so I'll sadly miss it..NOT!

Yup, that I will, and probably weep because Will will not be sharing my bed anytime soon!

Tough call. I have a teeth cleaning appointment at the dentist's office scheduled at the same time. Do I reschedule or not? Thinking.....................................yes, teeth cleaning it is!

We"re planning an event at work. We'll all have to come in early but I'm sure someone will crack the wine before the wedding's over.

Aren't we supposed to watch the crowd and try and pick out the Bride and Groom's 'others'? I mean, the Groom's Dad invited his Mistress to his own wedding...

not me. couldn't give a rats ass about it tbh. much ado about nothing in my book.

Steven

I'm not going to find out what day & time the wedding is on.
If its on my TV during that time, i might or might not

I like and quite admire the Queen, but after her the entire royal family becomes a sort of amorphous mess in my brain. I can never be bothered sorted them all out. On the topic in question, I didn't watch Chuck and Di's wedding whenever it was, and I won't be watching this one either.

I have less than zero interest in any wedding that doesn't involve someone I know personally, so despite the fact that there's going to be two weeks worth of television dedicated to it, I wont be watching.

Did I accidentally post this thread in the Straight and Bi-sexual forum???!!!

My, my, my haven't we all become jaded? I guess with the marriage of Lady Di and Prince Charles having gone so badly . . . . well, maybe fairytales don't come true.

I'm frankly surprised at the lack of interest also. I mean if the gays aren't watching, who the hell is? Personally, I have deliberately chosen to drive the length of England on that day in the hope that the roads will be quiet.
