Who would you rather listen to for 5 hours nonstop

Madonna or Janet?

Now don't ask me how this question came to be. It's basically a long story but suffice to say me and my buddy started having this discussion while at lunch today because he's REALLY into Madonna and I much prefer Janet.

And we're both gay and I know that musical taste/preference HAS nothing to do with one's sexuality, but I thought I'd just give it a shot and ask this here because I love this community.

I do like some Madonna songs but very few of them. For example I still love Vogue (come on, Vogue, bitches!), Take a Bow, and Frozen (her best song for me). I like Dance 2night and Beat Goes On, 2 songs from Hard Candy which were never released as singles. Miles Away (also from Hard Candy) I think is also an amazing song. But I checked out her new CD and the only song I liked a little from there was Girl Gone Wild, and got bored of it rather quick.

But something about Janet's songs makes me so happy! I can't explain it really I find her music SO enjoyable, especially all her work from Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814 on wards. I start dancing in my head when I hear her songs. So many happy childhood memories.

So if I had to listen to one of the two nonstop for an extended period of time I'd definitely pick Janet!

So which of the two would does this community prefer more? And if you wanna say neither go ahead, I respect your opinion, but please don't derail the topic.

Madonna has more hits that I like so if I can pick the music I would play all my favorite music by her over and over.

Janet's performances blow me away as well. This remix of Together Again is so sick. The performance is awesome too...

And her Escapade performance back in 1990 was epic!
