Whoopi Gets Emotional About Oscar Snub

I don't blame her for being upset. I think the Oscar people owe her an explanation and an apology.
 
They most definitely owe her an apology. Poor thing. She's a fantastic comedian and a great actress. Hosting the Oscars four times doesn't qualify you for a spot in the montage, but Letterman's one time cluster fuck deserved a few seconds?

Especially since it's still Black History Month and I think she was the 2nd African American woman to win an oscar and the first to host it.
 
I saw that today, that makes no sense why they wouldn't include her when she was a part of the awards' history.

Did anyone see last week when that weirdo Elizabeth was saying the NY Times is disreputable just because they printed that story about McCain, her #1 choice for pres? God, I HATE that bitch so much, she needs to relax with her love of all things Republican! :mad: ](*,)
 
Whoopi Goldberg is a brilliant comedienne, actress, and person.

I think her "Miss Celie" in "The Color Purple" is one of the very finest portrayals I have been priviliged to see.

I did not see The View today, and appreciate your showing it. That was one of the best moments that show has had.
 
I can't imagine why she wasn't recognized. It is okay, we remembered her stints as host!!!
 
I wish she would host again. The Oscar hosts have been just okay at best for the past however many years.
