For her speech last night.

Whoopi was PISSED. I'll see if I can find the video.

it doesnt seem she blasted hillary, but commentators who make black women look like idiots cuz they only vote based on race or gender....i'd be mad too

That was part of it, but she was also going off on Hillary for making a speech last night in which she didn't try to unify for the party or even really concede. She was still acting like she was going to be going on

What did Bill Getty say? They cut the clip just as Barbra was saying something.

He just said he's a Republican but he hopes Hillary becomes the VP because that'll give them a year of Hot Topics

Too bad the view doesn't repeat in the evening.

i have to agree with Whoopi. Hilary has lost, she should have conceded that night. i mean what else is there to think about. concede your campaign and start thinking about if you want to accept Obama's offer to become VP. which i am sure he will extend to her.

She's lobbying for the VP spot. I honestly think she's been doing this for the past 2 months or so. Last night was pretty clear, 18 million votes was mentioned several times during her speech.

It would be beneficial for all to just calm down. It's not like she lost by a landslide. It is time for a women to be president, especially given that the winner has exactly 2 years of questionable experience on the national scene. She'll come around after some assurances and the party will be united. Afterall she has great campaign stamina and a full grasp of every issue.

I agree with Whoopi. Hillary lost the nomination, plain and simple.

A gracious loser, (not to mention someone who purportedly wants to see the Democrats back in power) would have politely congratulated the victor, thanked all of her supporters and called it a night.

That doesn't mean she won't be taking a VP position, that's just common courtesy.

But this whole, "e-mail me and tell me what to do" business was a whole lot of BS. It did seem very much to me like it was Hillary first, the rest of the party second.

This statement was more than strange. Then, after I thougth about it, she wants to stay in contact with "her" people, so they can help pay off her debt.

Just goes to show what I said from the day she ran. Hillary is a self-serving, two faced politician. I could not vote for her even if she runs in the #2 spot. I hope Obama will not fall for the "Dream Team" routine.

Dude, she lost. Open your eyes. He has enough delegates (regular and super) to be the nominee. He is the nominee, in the media and with the numbers. To think Hilary ACTUALLY still has a chance is like living in a dream world.

The most she can hope for now is the VP spot and then a rerun in 4 or 8 years. No wonder she didn't concede, people still think she has a chance to become the nominee.

It's time to click your little red shoes and come back home. "there's no place like reality, there's no place like reality"

What difference does it make if she lost by a landslide or lost by a hair? The point is, she lost. It's time to move on. And the fact that she's still trying to hold on as if there's some hope she can still become president, just goes to her character.

This may all be about money.

She was required by law to campaign until a certain date in order to receive money to repay her loans to herself in her campaign debt. Last I heard they (the loans) were over 20 million dollars.

I believe that date was sometime in June, but I certainly could be wrong about that.

The Chicago Sun Times reported today Clinton's campaign debt is 50 million

I can't believe she's still going I thought she had conceded...I mean he has the delegates, he IS the nominee, unless she can get the pledged supers to change their minds between now and then, it's not even possible! She would have to be mad to think that she could pull that off.
