Why are straight guys willing to experiment than gay guys?

From my experience, this is almost always the case.

Granted I live in a city where we homos are accepted very well, but still. None, and I mean NONE of my gay friends would ever do something with a girl. They've been approached more than once, and it's always been "lol no". Though we do make out with girls when drunk, for fun.

However, straight dudes always seem to be interested. It may just be my circle, but I've made out with 4 of them, gave a blowjob to two (and recieved), and once had full out mind boggling sex with a married man (i felt bad for his wife, but I figured he would have done it with another guy anyway, and plus it made me feel hot).

Again, it could be my circle of people I know, or it can be torontos liberal attitude, but so many men I've talked to entertained the idea, where a gay man clearly won;t do it.

Thoughts? Is it different where you are?

Yeah .. there are straight guys who experiment. But just because many gay guys know one - it doesn't mean there are many. After all *we* are a minority.

Oh and most gay guys DID experiment. As teens or young adults when they tried to be straight ;)
 
don't forget that some gay guys don't want to be bi/admit they are attracted to women as well as men (to some degree) due to the preconceptions with bi guys with both genders.

Because most of them probably aren't straight. A lot of bisexual guys who lean more towards women come OFF as straight because there is nothing about them that gives any slight indication of gay whether it's their personality, voice, appearance, etc. but the fact of the matter is that a lot of guys are bisexual to some degree.

If they are willing to make out with another man they sure as hell aren't straight. I'm not saying straight guys don't experiment but most people seem to forget what the meaning of "Hetero" or "straight" is when discussing this topic.
 
I don't think I'm interested enough in girls to try tbh. If I'm hypothetically drunk then maybe.

Straight, is a lable that doesnt necessarily fit true to form.
However i dont think your statement is correct. Merely that gay people technically experiment when they're in the closet in their earliest years. Where as some straight people do so later on after they're comfortable with what they've got and wanted a different flavour for a change.
 
Most Gay guys will give a straight guy an open invitation with no string attach permission to experiment, So the opportunity is there.

The opposite is true for most Girls.
 
One of my strait friends keeps asking me questions about how its like, whow the sex is.. He's curious and i know he wants to try it but the thing is he won't ask to do annything. My Straight best friend experimented with me. It did fuck with my head a good bit, but, I would do it all over again! We are a lot closer as a result. Meh. One thing I have learned being here a short while is that a lot of gay dudes seem open to experimenting with girls. I dont know how it is on the other parts of the board but here in the straight/bi section they admit it.

Interesting point; most of us would have given anything to be like everyone else and to not face being ostracized by our family and peers.

Oddly, I did have a couple of straight friends who told me that they actually wished they were gay, because they think they'd enjoy being in a relationship with a man more than with a woman. They were actually sad that they couldn't be aroused or attracted to a man. o_O

I think you hit it exactly.

I'll do just about anything with a straight guy who wants to experiment, no strings attached. Most guys, gay, bi, or straight, or just fucking horny, and want to get off. Sure our hands are always available, but that gets stale after a while.
